We look at your photo to estimate the pool size, whether it has an attached spa, and how many trees drop leaves into it. Then we apply our standard rates: chemical-only starts at $120 per month and full service at $155 per month, plus $10 for each additional 10,000 gallons, $5 for a spa, and $10 or $25 for medium or heavy leaves.

It is a starting estimate. A photo cannot show depth or equipment problems, so George confirms your exact price at the first visit. If anything changes, you hear about it before any work starts. No surprise charges.

Take it in daylight from a corner or the end of the pool so the whole pool fits in the frame. Include the spa and any trees nearby if you can. One clear photo is enough.
