What does a pool inspection cover?
We check the pool surface, water condition, and equipment, including the pump, filter, heater, valves, and visible plumbing at the pad, and let you know what’s working, what needs attention, and what repairs would cost.
How fast can you clean up a green pool before a listing?
Most green pools can be cleared in a few days, depending on how far gone they are. Let us know your listing or photo date in the form and we’ll plan around it.
Can you provide photos for my clients?
Yes. We can provide photos of the pool and equipment for your records or to share with buyers and sellers.
Can you keep a vacant listing’s pool clean?
Yes. We offer ongoing service for vacant homes so the pool stays clean for every showing.
