Your Pool Service Report, After Every Visit.

Most pool owners never really know if their pool guy showed up or what he put in the water. With The Goods, every visit ends with a report sent to your email and saved in your client portal: a photo of your clean pool, your water chemistry with target ranges, what we did, and every chemical we added. Here is exactly what you would see.

What’s in Every Report

Proof of every visit. Not a door hanger.

Here is what a pool service report from The Goods includes. Every report is also saved in your client portal, so your pool’s history is there whenever you need it.

01

A photo of your pool

Taken right after we finish, so you can see your pool is clean without walking out back.

02

Your water chemistry

Free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, CYA, and salt for salt water pools. Each reading shows its target range and turns green when it’s right where it should be.

03

What we did and what we added

Skimmed, brushed, emptied baskets, checked equipment, plus every chemical added by name and amount. No guessing what you’re paying for.

04

Before and after photos

When we clean your filter (twice a year on full service) or your salt cell, you get before and after photos of the actual parts.

Sample Pool Service Report

This lands in your inbox after every visit.

This is the same layout our clients get, filled in with sample numbers. Every reading shows its target range. Green means it’s right where it should be. If something is off, the report tells you what it means and what we’re doing about it, in plain English.

Your Client Portal

Your whole pool history in one login.

Every report is saved to your own account on our website and app. Look back at last month’s chemistry, see when your filter was last cleaned, and pay your bill in the same place. No Square links or third-party apps.

Visit Day

What happens on your service day.

Same day every week. Here is how a monthly pool service visit works, start to finish.

1

We Service Your Pool

On your set service day. Full service includes skimming, brushing walls and steps, emptying baskets, and an equipment check every visit.

2

Test and Balance

We test your water and add only what it needs. Every reading and every chemical goes into your report.

3

Photo and Notes

A photo of your clean pool, plus a note if anything needs your attention, like a noisy pump or a small leak starting.

4

Report Sent to You

Your report goes to your email and your client portal. If we can’t get in, like a locked gate or a dog in the yard, you’ll know that day and why.

“George with The Goods Pool Service is the best customer service I’ve ever received. The man is friendly, doesn’t make me feel dumb for asking dumb questions, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He worked around my schedule, coordinated with the insurance company, and gave me great advice. Could not have asked for better service, my pool pump is now quiet and looking great. Thank you George!”

A pool service report is a record of each visit: a photo of your pool, your water chemistry readings with target ranges, the work that was done, the chemicals that were added, and any notes. The Goods sends one after every visit and saves it in your client portal.

By email after every visit, and in your client portal on our website and app. HOAs and property managers can choose one daily summary email that covers all their pools.

Free chlorine (target 3 to 7 ppm), pH (7.2 to 7.8), total alkalinity (80 to 120 ppm), calcium hardness (200 to 400 ppm), and cyanuric acid, or CYA (30 to 50 ppm). Salt water pools also get a salt reading (2,700 to 3,400 ppm).

It shows in red with a plain-English note on what it means and what we’re doing about it. For example: pH is a little high, which can cause cloudy water and scale, so we’re lowering it.

You get an email that day letting you know we couldn’t service your pool and why, such as a locked gate, a dog in the yard, or weather.
