You can ask us to delete your client portal account and its data at any time, from the app or this page.
What gets deleted
- Your portal login
- Pool details, water chemistry readings, and visit history
- Visit photos and before and after photos
- Messages you sent us, and their photos
- Saved autopay cards (removed from our payment processor, Square)
What we keep
Invoices and payment records, only as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We never sell your information.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
